1.Production description

a. Acceptance test of new battery assembly;
b. Conduct internal resistance matching test before regrouping of old batteries;

5. The advantage of the Four-terminal sensing test clamp
The four-terminal sensing test clamp is suitable for mostly testing occasions. The front part of the clamp extends 6cm metal test head with 3mm thickness.lt is convenient to touch the pole directly under the connecting sheet. The inner side of the metal head is serrated, which is convenient to remove oxide, so it can ensure the stability and accuracy of test results.

a. Four-point test: the inner needle is completely insulated from the outer cylinder.
b. The inner needle is 1.3mm-diameter and the outer tube is 3mm-diameter. It is suitable for all kinds of joint gaps and can be completely inserted from the pole sheath hole.
c. Metal needle and needle cylinder use copper plating and gold plating process, can adapt to a variety of test frequency and current.
d. The wire is 1.8m, the test pen is just 0.36m, no need move the tester while testing the battery team.
e. The test pen is designed with two sections with the extension bar, which is convenient to carry and suitable for long-distance test.
